Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid system of grid size 600 X 600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 2 mm dia GI wire comprising of the Main Tee 28x24x3mm thick, Cross Tee 28x24x3mm thick and Wall angle 24x24x3mm thick sections complete all as specified and directed:-

S & F 4 mm thick Everest designer ceiling (E-board classic) board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose, 595 X 595 mm size fixed with staples on GI/Aluminium snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surface and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Refixing only old ceiling board including framework/grid of any type and size complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Old serviceable ceiling board including frame work obtaind from item No - 10 above shall be used under this item)

M&l for Dismatling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position ,unframed work complete all as specified and directed

M&L 2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean sawn as in floor/roof/truss/purlin & similar work of any description in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding , any description fixed in any position like wall ,wooden flooring and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Second class hardwood 25 mm boarding plain one side with butt joints fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for stripping out old tar felt over roofs,parapets,chimney stacks etc as laid horizontally or vertically and removing the debries to a distance not exceeding 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sq. metre all complete and all as specified .

M&L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastered sufaces layer in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound (WPC )@3% by weight on concrete surface roof / parapet and supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm reinforced with nonwoven polyster non wove fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) ,laid over bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 @.30 KG/SQM to be applied on prepared surface and apply a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/sqm over primer, , over lap of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method & finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.200 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excl ashlars facing,dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement / lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without extra cement on internal wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of walls/chimneys/parapets/roof and similar work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without extra cement including mixing only water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on external wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectanguler) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectanguler) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exeeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450mmx7mm thick on wall/vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including laid over 10mm thick 1:4 cement mortar for laying wall/vertical finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 200x300mmx7mm thick on wall/vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including laid over 10mm thick 1:4 cement mortar for laying wall/vertical finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling mild steel or wrought iron work in roof trusses,gratings etc and similar work complete all as directed

M&L for mild steel work in roof trusses,purlins,rafters,wind ties,crane gantries,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,Tee,Angle,Channel or Flat sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, platform, kerbs etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair bituminus super flash strip 1.5mm thick on roof sheets any type and pattern to seal the holes (leakage/ seepage) by applying hot application, sectional area of strip exc. 50 Sqcm but not exc. 100 Sqcm for each hole complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sunken floor treatment as under:- (i) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed, the defective portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage/ seepage/ dampness is eliminated. (ii) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken potion including vertical wall surface complete all as directed. (iii)Laying of 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3), 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Testing again of water tightness by ponding for 72 hours & rectifying defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed. (vi) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. (vii) Provinding spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm from clear outer suraface of wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water, including cutting holes and making good if needed complete all as specified and directed.
