90.15.1.1:Supply installation testing and commissioning of Octogaonal Pole made of hot dip galvanised GI sheet 70mm top diameter. 130mm bottom diameter thickness 3mm base plate dimensions of 200x200x16mm suitable for windspeed as per IS 875 Part III fixed head frame including round arm luminary carriage suitable to install 4/6 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement including connector foundation bolt 4 nos existing RCC foundation and junction box etc, complete 8 Meters

90.15.4.9:Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 150W LED Flood light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD less than 10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.9:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.3:Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

14.12:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all levels

OD423105/2024-2025:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of freestanding LT Panel Board with base supported on angle iron frame, made of 16 gauge sheet steel, phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof, Weatherproof, IP 65/ IP67 having two separate compartments arranged vertically with required no. of knock outs for cable entry as per the approved design, the upper compartment for accommodating Single phase Energy Meter with provision for fixing 1No. HRC Fuse, neutral link & DIN rail suitable for fixing ELCB and lower compartment as control module having DIN rails in two rows, suitable for fixing MCB/ isolator /Contactor/ Timer etc. and with provision for locking of both the compartments.

2.12.1:Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.40 amps

2.14.1:Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.25 amps

2.10.1:Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.Single pole

OD423100/2024-2025: Supply and fixing 6A, Two way Toggle Switch (Auto-Manual Switch) in the indication panel of LV Panel / Switch Board.

90.2.1.7:Supply and wiring points according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minimum size 20 mm with specials conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 and with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988, fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50 cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, including providing switch board main and continuous earthing with No.14 SWG bare copper,required quantity of copper earth socket, brass bolt and nut crimping/ soldering etc complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white) etc. up to and including 6A modular type SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc. complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DB's shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. OD423096/2024-2025:Supplying and installation of supports / suspenders, anchor bolts etc. made out of suitable size channel sections, single section square tube, slotted angles, flats, MS plates, iron rods etc. as required including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc. as required.

OD423099/2024-2025: Charges for preparation of KSEB service connection documents for availing single phase service connection / regularisation of additional load and producing to the consumer including submitting test report, drawing etc.
