Complete removal of existing treatment of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes cracks with wall care putty and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified
