Notes: 1. Above quoted charges are inclusive of all applicable taxes duties for completion of services as per scope of work. 2. Above quoted charges for personnel are inclusive of associated expenditure such as airfare, Local transportation, accommodation, quarantine (if required} etc. No personnel charges will be paid for days the tool is not in working condition. 3. Above rates quoted in schedule of rates shall be firm and final for the entire duration of the contract. 4. No payment other than charges indicated in the price format, shall be payable during execution of the work. 5. Number of hire days indicated for rental tools and manpower are for evaluation purpose. Payment will be made on as per actual usage basis. 6. Above quoted charges towards LIH are indicative only and shall be paid, if applicable, as per relevant provisions of SCC and GCC. 7. Total mobilisation charges for the equipment will be limited as per clause 16.2.1 of the SCC.
