Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in chimneys, shafts, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).5.6

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Chimneys and shafts 5.9.11

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to all level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Complete in all respect as directed by EIC.5.22.1

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.10.16.1

26.65 Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately).

10.20 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.
