Providing & supplying ISI mark centrifugally cast(Spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes of 100 mm and above all diameter for Water works with socket and Spigot ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 in standard lengths of 4.5,5.5,&6 m suitable for classification K-7,& K-9 suitable for push on joint (Rubber gasket D jointing) with cement mortar lining for inside the pipe with outside Zinc and bituminous coating.M1026

Supplying labours, tools, tackles, lubricant etc. for laying and jointing C.I.S/S tyton pipes (class LA) trenches supplying rubber gasket (Rubber gaskets confirming to I.S.S.- 5382- 1969) and making gasket joints including providing night guard, barrier and red light to safe guard against accident, all complete (Pipe to be suppllied departmenatlly free of cost and laying of pipes is to be done as per I.S.S.3114-1985) as per design, specification and direction of E/I. 1.32 (a)

Providing double flanged manually operated Sluice Valve/Scour valve conforming for IS 2906/14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle, caps including all taxes ,transportation etc, complete (D.I. Specials if required will be paid separately) Sluice valves - PN -1.0 M1039/P-28

Supplying labour and tools for fixing C.I.Sluice Valve in trenches with a pair of tail pieces including making lead caulked joints and flange joints as per ISS specification including drilling holes in flanges if required cost of all ,jointing materials ,nuts and bolts and giving satishfactory hydraulic testing, etc complete as per specification and direction of E/I. 3.1.35

Providing & supplying of ISI standard DI specials & fitting with sealing rubber gasket of SBR , complete with cast iron follower gland & MS nuts bolts coated or other wise protected from rusting and suitable for DI pipescomplete as per IS -9523 class K-12M1027

Labour charge for one cutting of cast iron pipe and specials including supplying, necessary tools and plants, chipping or filling the surface finish as per specification and direction of E/I. 3.1.43

Supplying labour tools & tackles for testing of laid CI or UPVC or HDPE or AC pressure pipe up to 60mtrs head of water all complete as per specification & direction of E/I. 3.1.46

Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, wall( any thickness) including attached pillasters ,columns, piers, abutments, pillars,posts, struts, butteresses, strings or lacing cources, parapet, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.1:2:4(1 cement:2 coarse sand ( zone-III ) :4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Supplying all materials labour & tools & construction of brick masonary sluice valve chamber of size 1.20X0.90X1.50 Mtrs depth as details attached.
