Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry of any description & in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 Mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work n.exc. 200 mm thick curved (horizontal or sloping ) work for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M25 Design mix (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floor, roof, landing, balconies etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces brick wall or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls, over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level using broken bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete, 1:2:4 mix, Type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in Kerb stones, machine pressed, factory fabricated including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating, of size 300mm long, 150mm thick & 450mm deep & set in CM (1:4) including necessary excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Precast cement concrete kerb stone fixed along the road side, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified(grade Fe-410-O or 310-O) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC , (1:2:4) mix, type B0, ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) finished rough to receive top layer as in floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE pipes, 20mm dia of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2, laid in trenches or under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast concrete, rubber moulded, coloured, interlocking paver blocks, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade any shape and any size conforming to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and pigment of approved design and pattern including 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 mix, type D-2,( using 40mm graded stone aggregates) sub base and 25 mm thick sand cushioning of dry river sand complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 73250.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
