Periodical renewal on Nurpur Lahru Tunu Hatti road km 0/0 to 15/390 (MDR0083)(MDR Road) under AMP for the year 2026-27

Repair of pot holes by removal of failed material, trimming the sides to vertical and levelling the bottom, cleaning the same with compressed air or any appropriate method with wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government, but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications , mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor graderon prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, include excavation upto the depth 300mm as per site requirement, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government, but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) [IOCL/HPCL/BPCL] after and including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic/mechanical brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared Bituminous surface complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government, but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty)[IOCL/HPCL/BPCL] @ not less than 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, as per MORTH technical specification clause No. 509 and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete plain cement concrete in open foundation, edging for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1: 1.5: 3 ( one cement: One and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying factory made Interlocking Cement Concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade strength, 80mm thickness , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern laid over 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, including edge blocks and filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge , including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
