Satisfactory Completion Certificate of major manpower supply (Hostel workers) works from Govt. Department executed within past 3 years with the cost from the date of notification. The satisfactory completion certificate is to be obtained from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The minimum cost of single man power work satisfactorily completed should be Rs.251.00 lakhs to become eligible.

Contractor should upload visit of place service certificate issued by Estate Officer.

The bidder must hold copy of ESI, EPF registration certificate in the name of the firm and previous three years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) payment documents along with login credentials and shall have no-due, the bidder should submit Compliance Certificate for evaluation and verification. Details of login credentials has to be enclosed as additional documents in KPPP portal. Any misrepresentation or false certification will lead to direct disqualification and make the firm criminally prosecuted.

Details of GST, ESI and EPF paid challans for previous 3 years(till May 2026).

Average annual turnover of the bidder in previous two years (manpower supply only) duly certified by the GST Department. Minimum turnover of Rs.626.00 lakhs is required to become eligible.
