3) In items of BUSG, B.M. and S.D.B.C. where there is change in bitumenous content for mixing as per actual mix Design, the

difference of Asphalt consumption shall be Recovered to the contractor at tendered rate of original items as the per the Star

4) RCC item where there is changing of grade mix or change as per actual mix design the different of cement consumption shall

be deducted from the rate of original item of the rate of Str rate maintioned in the tender
