Servicing and Maintenance of AHU/FCU Units and Chemical Treatment of Water for Hot Water Generator System and allied piping network for Academic Buildings at North Campus, IIT Mandi

Providing comprehensive cleaning and servicing of Air Handling Unit (AHU)/ Fan Coil Units of up to 200 CFM ( Heating Only) including opening of access panels, thorough cleaning of cooling/heating coils using approved HVAC coil cleaning chemicals, removal of accumulated dust, dirt and debris from coil fins, cleaning of drain tray, condensate drain line, filters, blower/impeller, motor exterior and internal AHU casing, checking of belts, bearings, dampers, electrical connections and other AHU components for proper functioning, reassembly of all components after cleaning, testing and commissioning of AHU after servicing, and submission of inspection report indicating any defects, repairs or replacements required. The scope shall include all labour, tools, coil cleaning chemical, transportation and safety equipment complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. No spare parts is included in this item.

Supply, dosing, circulation and application of approved descaling chemical for removal of scale, silica and hardness deposits from Hot Water Generator system (Having 2 X 600 KW Hot water Generator), including flushing and cleaning of all piping network in A9, A10, A11, A12, A13, A14, A16 blocks, complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and dosing of oxygen scavenger chemical in hot water system (Having 2 X 600 KW Hot water Generator), complete as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
