Comprehensive maintenance and servicing to switchgear (VCB/RMU) once in year and 4 visits to inspect / attend VCB complaints on demand/fault under AMC period as specified by Engr-In-charge and duly carring out servicing, overhauling, calibration by using suitable test kits, and cleaning the switch gear terminals/moving parts of electric / mechanically with suitable cleaning agents in all respects by taking care of reference drawings & specifications of OEM and incl attending complaints on faults for the same on faulty/requirement/emergency calls of any type within the maintenance period and testing to VCB/protection relay by disconnecting, opening of indoor/out door type VCB (Make : Crompton / Megawin / Yamuna Denson / ABB Ltd, Alsthom / Schneider) of any technical specification of 11 KV grade VCB current rating 400/630/800/1250 Amps (incomings of MAFI 1 & 2) Including for checking, examining complete VCB in terms of electrical and mechanical side in all respects after complete with facilitated automatic operating features and review the control switches with wiring and replacement of minor spares like fuses, wires, terminals/blocks and removing/replace unserviceable / defective spare parts with new spares under relevent items, reassembling the VCB complete in all respects upto serviceablility state of switch gear to satisfactory complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 01 above here in before but Comprehensive maintenance and servicing to switchgear of out going HT 11 KV grade switch gears (VCB/RMU's of ay type is as one unit) once in year and visits shall be on complaints/defects under maint period as complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Ser item No 1 & 2 above :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out thorugh a approved agency of any state/Central govt CEI (chief electrical Inspectorate) (iii) Engineer shall be consider repair/servicing duly reference taken from OEM drawings and tech specifications and service engineer will submit a service report and calibration certificate for each VCB. (iv) Any minor item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (v) Failing attend the lodged complaint of any mode within 24 Hours will imposed penalty of Rs. 1000 / fault for each day cumulatively and same shall be deducted from his dues.

Tracing/tracing and pointing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectify the fault by making joints of any type and size as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately. (vi) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge. failing shall be imposed penalty of Rs 500/fault for each day cumulatively and same shall be deducted from his dues.

Disconnection and removing the u/s Main contactor carefully from voltage stabilizer 750 KVA and S&F new power contactor 3 POLE MNX 400, coil voltage 240 volt comprising of all accessories suitable for 750 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old unserviceable 11 KV insulated discharge rod and S&F in replacement of highly insulated FRP & Fiber glass industrial use earth telescopic discharge rod for 3 phase use having 3 Nos extendeble type upto 11 mtr height of capacity upto 66 KV HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for HT cable route indicator of RCC fabricated plate of size 50 cm x 30 cm of 5 cm thick duly colored with yellow and writing with black color letters on plate as "HT CABLE MES" and arrow mark to be colored and including laying of the route indicator as specified duly embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block in trench over the cable route complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the U/S / broken / bent Aluminium strip from the roof/ down conductors of the buildings and M&L for Aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm complete including cut to length and size to match the existing system and fixing the same to the wall / roof on suitable porcelin insulators along with fixing materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Porcelin insulators will be measured and paid separately under the respective of the schedule (ii) Materials required for removing the u/s earth strips from any height the technical buildings (Apprx Upto 10 mtrs height) deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L Tripod Earthing Complete with 3 numbers of Chemical earthing (maintenance free) using corrosion resistant earth electrode copper cladded, copper coating thickness of 250 microns, 17.20 mm dia, high tensile low carbon COPPER BONDED RODS WITH 99.9% with 25KA current discharge test from CPRI of length 3.0m as per UL 467, with suitable compressive coupler planted at depth not less than 3.0m of bore 100mm below gorund level and duly covered with low resistant superior conductive powdered non corrosive, highly hydrous earth enhancing material all as directed including connecting upto common bus bar grid of size 25 x 3 mm to achieve optimum low earth resistance on inspection/ testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) The make shall be of manufactures as listed in particuler specification here-in-after. Restringing of HT 3 lines of existing over head line of ACSR conductor after disconnecting from the insulators & jumpers to the required tension & sag & binding up & connecting to insulators & jumpers properly test complete, chopping off trees branches (coming in the way/line) of span 45-60 mtr 3 wire all as directed. Note : (i) Trimming of tree branches up to 1.5 RM from the conductor deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate. M & L for painting to HT Steel tubular poles 11 mtr height by scapping the existing painting and repainting after due preparation of surface and applying a coat of primer i.e. red oxide complete with another coat of Aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection & Removing the unserviceable Aluminium conductor/jumper wires from the HT 4 Pole structure and M & L for New Aluminium overhead conductor jumpers sorrounded by PVC insulation sleeves with R,Y& B color code complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) All the jumper wires should be replaced with New jumper wires (ii) Type of conductor used for jumper shhould be RABBIT. (iii) Cost deemed to be include for all the misc work such as Nut,bolts, washers, welding etc. for satisfactory completion of job . (iv) Min clearance should be maintained among the conductors as per the Electricity Regulations. (v) Zero percent Sag should be maintained for each jumper wire to avoid short ckts.
