Rate should be quoted on per shift per machine basis(8hour) inclusive provision of engaement of one Driver of highly skilled category and One Helper of semi-skilled category and one supervisor per machine. Rate also be including cost of Diesel, Engine Oil, Hydraulic Oil, all type of spare parts, Tyre, Tube etc as mentioned details in maintenance schedule. The rate should be inclusive cost of necessary safety equipment’s like uniform, gumboot, PVC hand gloves, helmet, medicated mask etc. The rate should be inclusive all types of taxes and charges if any. Everything is to be provided by the successful tenderer and as the period of contract is for five years, bidder should quote their rate accordingly. Fuel/Diesel/Lubricant are to be provided by the tenderer depending on the hours of operation of machine. For estimation purpose bidder may considere average 24 working days in month and approx fuel consumption @ 5.0 Ltrs/ hour The bidder should clearly mention in BOQ how many machine he can operate by engaging manpower as mentioned in tender trerms and considering cost of diesel and everything maintenance of machine as mention details in terms and conditions. At the time of distribution of machine, total numbers of machine will be counted from L-1 bidder to up to the bidders to attain required quantity of machine(5 nos.). Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
