M & L General servicing & Maint of LT ACBs upto 1250 Amp capacity, of any make & type, installed at various locations by drawing out breaker assembly carefully, disconnecting the electric supply, cleaning the contact points with cleaning solvents recommended by the manufacturer, adjustting/ tightining of fastener /springs etc, lubricating of ON - OFF mechanism & all the moving parts, checking of all electrical connections/tripping device etc, ensure all contacts are clean, smooth, in proper alignment and spring pressures are maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications, circuit breaker and the stationary contacts in the cubicle shall be cleaned and inspected for overheating, alignment, and broken or weak springs, apply lubricant to all contact surfaces for easy moving, clean loose dirt from all ceramic parts and examine for signs of moisture, make sure the assemblies are clean and dry engage the breaker with supply system and testing complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Note for serial item No. 1 to 3 : - (i) The quoted rate deem to include the cost of lubrication material, gel, cleaning materials, etc. (ii) The quoted rate deem to include the cost of minor spares costing upto Rs 500.00. (iii) Major spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply only.

M & L General servicing /Maintenance of existing LT panel board of any size by disconnecting the incoming/outgoing electric cables after necessary shut down of electric supply, checking the all incoming/out going cable including replacement of unserviceable cable end sockets by sufficient crimping with crimping tools and replacement of nut, bolt, washers where ever necessary, providing additional sleeves on the cable where ever necessary, repairs to unserviceable door hinges including welding works as required, locking arrengements, removing all dust/dirt, spider web etc from inside the panel by using hot air blower carefully with out affecting the internal wiring, removing the unservicveable burned busbar sleeves and its supports and replace the same by new one with colour coded, tightening of all nuts, bolts and washers, tightening of busbar including re-connection of all incomings / outgoing and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-The quote rate deem to include the cost of thimble, nut, bolt, washer, busbar sleeves and rent for tools etc.

M & L General servicing /Maintenance of existing cope boxes of any size inside jetty after necessary shut down of electric supply. Checking the all incoming/out going cable including replacement of unserviceable cable end sockets by sufficient crimping with crimping tools and replacement of nut, bolt, washers where ever necessary.Providing additional sleeves on the cable where ever necessary. Repairs to unserviceable door hinges including welding works as required, locking arrengements. Removing all dust/dirt, spider web etc from inside the panel. Removing the unsrvicveable burned busbar sleeves and its supports and replace the same by new one with colour coded. Tightening of all nuts, bolts and washers, tightening of busbar and testing all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :-The quote rate deem to include the cost of thimble, nut, bolt, washer, busbar sleeves and rent for tools etc.
