Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles With 15 mm thick tegular/butt edged without perforation plain/designer light weight calcium silicate Anti-Microbial Bio-Safe coated false ceiling tiles Confirming to JIS-Z2801 and ASTM G-21 of Size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mmthick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides)comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm,cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using

galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directionsof the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing of 2 feet X 2 feet, 33/36W (approx) LED panel light alongwith suitable driver in false ceiling including necessary connections from the nearby point wiring by providing suitable length of 3X1.5Sq.mm FRLS Wires in flexible conduit not morethan 3 mtrs for each light as per the instruction and directions of E-I-C. This includes cost of materials, transport, labour, tools & plants, ladder, taxes etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 18 mm thick water proof ply of approved make for cupboard shutters/shelves/ partitions/frame work including edge moulding with 3mm thick PVC tape on all four edges of shutter and fixing fixtures such as hings, tower bolts, handles, magnetic catchers , locks etc. ( fixtures shall be paid separately in the respective items )with the cost of Fevicol, Nails/screws etc and cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of 18 mm thick water proof ply including beading fixed shall be measured for payment.)

Supplying, and fixing in position 1mm thick decorative lamination sheet of approved shade and colour of approved make including fixing either single or two or more pieces in combination different colour/pattern to the plywood with Synthetic Resign of fevicol and cleaning the surface all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, and fixing in position 0.8mm thick lamination sheet of white colour of approved make including fixing the same of the plywood with Synthetic Resign of fevicol and cleaning the surface all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supllying and fixing following Fitting & fixtures of approved make to the cup board shelves complete with cost of materials, labour, tools plants, all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge

General Notes: 1.Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions 2.All the samples of materials which are to be incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. 3.The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The Officer In –Charge or his representative will witness the payment of contractor’s labour and is required to certify that the contractor does not pay less than the minimum wages approved. Payment to the contractor will be released only on such certification from Officer In –Charge. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 4. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 5. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and GST, water charges, Labour cess seignorage charges etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms. 6. The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and all safety equipments, PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. 7. The site shall be cleaned and handed over to Dept. after completing the all works as specified in the tender in all repsects. No extra payment will be made for cleaning.
