Restoration of Rain Damages of various LWSS /WSS Under Jal Shakti Division Sarkaghat in Tehsil Distt Mandi H P

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, blasting work in soft or hard rook or by cum chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prchibited in all leads and lif-ts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. Consolidating each deposited layers by remming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lilfts.

Providing laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of light grade screwed and socketed complete including providing and fixing tube fitting such as union, tees, socket etc (excluding cost of bends and valves) for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) of 100mm dia pipes Medium class remaining welded of below diametre conforming to IS 1239-1990 (Part - I ) with latest upto date amendments of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4m-6m with plain ends compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3.00 mm in thickness as per IS 2712-1998. to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Circumferencial Butt Welded joints by electrical arc welding to various mm dia MSERW/G.I Pipes conforming to IS 1978 - 82 of grade Yst - 210, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
