Comprehensive maintenance works of administrative building, Control room, substation building,Pump house,Silo office,interim side substation,store room,Dozer section,weigh bridge and other service building at RCHP under ROCP,for a period of two years

Item Description/ Heading

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Regular cutting of bushes, grass,vegetations of open area arround the block and berm with grass cutting machine (Operation based on Petrol) to required shape and stacking of grasses to a lead of 50.00 m and lift of 1.5m.

Cleaning of drain including removal of muck / sludge and other refuses and disposal of same through trolley or other arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 2.00 KM with all tools & tackles as per direction of EIC. Upto 300 mm width.

Cleaning of drain including removal of muck / sludge and other refuses and disposal of same through trolley or other arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 2.00 KM with all tools & tackles as per direction of EIC. Above 300 mm width & upto 600 mm width.

Cleaning of drain including removal of muck / sludge and other refuses and disposal of same through trolley or other arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 2.00 KM with all tools & tackles as per direction of EIC. Above 600 mm width.

Cleaning of all types of roofs including removal of dry leaves, weedings & cleaning of drain holes, brooming etc. all complete with all tools & tackles & staking the garbage at specified place as per direction of In-charge.

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony & within the premises of service buildings & other places as required with all tools & tackles & stacking the garbage at a specified place as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of toilets in service buildings, Community centre, Club and other buildings etc including cleaning of floors dado skriting, WC pan (Indian type/ European type) wash basin sholves,mirror & other fittings, if any by hand dusting & cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodrants, phynile etc to make the toilet clean & hygenic & providing napthaline balls in urinals, wash basins etc. with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning and desilting of septic tank including removal and refixing of cover slab, removal and disposal of the sludge with all lead as per instruction of EIC including hire charge & running cost of machinaries, labour etc all complete.
