Taking out Non clog submersible sewage pumping set from sewage well appx 12 m depth foundation (after and including dewatering of sewage well) of 60 HP capacity by lifting and dismantling the same for assessing and carrying out the repair/serving and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts as listed in subsequent items and making good in running condition with testing and balancing, reassembling and lowering the same in well & fixing on the foundation making connections and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Note for item No 1 to 6:- (a) The replaced parts of pump shall be measured & paid separately here-in-after as supply only. (b) Dewatering of sewage well shall be included in the quoted rate of item. (c) Contractor have to arrange all safety equipments for works in sewage well at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Note: Serviceable sewage pump should be fitted within 12 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 5000/- per day will be imposed.

Taking down UNSV sign board in sewage wells of Sector 'A', 'B' & 'C' & Supply and fixing of retro reflector board of size 4'x3' with high quality retro reflector tape green base high intensity prismatic sheeting (HIP) grade white retro tape cutting good quality with 3mm thick ACP sheet base including 40mm x 40mm square size MS pipe legs and all around the board appx 18 feet incl welding the MS flat plate of size 25mm x 3mm across the board appx 10 feet including grouting the sign board in PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing high quality ACP sheet board of size 5 feet x 3feet minimum with router cutting letter blue base of sheets and white colour acrylic letter with complete fitting of minimum 3 Nos LED lights of 20 W of 4 feet including wiring from existing DB Board complete all as specified & directed. Material & labour for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage pump houses and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items complete all as specified & directed. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be imposed.

Material & labour for preperation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls of Sewge tanks/bldgs by complete brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke and applying two coat of Apex paint complete at all Sewage well installations complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preperation of old decorated brick / concrete , plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing , scraping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and effloroscent salts , trading oil and grasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling/wall complete at all sewage well installations complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for PCC ( 1:4:8 ) type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate for foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed

Desiliting/cleaning of sewage well of depth 12 Mtr and 9 Mtr dia taking out sludge by sludge vacum truck in the form of solid also and getting out and removal to as distance exceeding 250mtr but not exc 500 Mtr and burried the same in low laying area as directed by Engineering - in- Charge. Note :- (a) Dewatering of sewage well shall be included in the quoted rate of item. (b) Contractor have to arrange all safety equipments for works in sewage well at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Desilting of Sewage well should be done within 72 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs 5000/- per day will be imposed.

Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n . exc 250 mtr , at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of PCC is included in this item . There will be no extra payment for PCC.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of SEWAGE Well installations area for each sewage well and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified & directed. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.Cleaning should be done regularly as per directed by Engr in Charge otherwise penalty of Rs. 1000/ per day per well for non cleaned surrounding area.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 250 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Complaint should be rectify within 12 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1500/- per day will be imposed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 315625.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in PDF form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
