S&F Danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts, of approved size, for LT, 20x15 cm size complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line (Except embedded protion), 9 M long complete including all MS mounted/fixed with pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all specified.

Supply and fixing PVC pole mounted junction box protection class IP66/67 weather proof for outdoor installation with hinged door including knockout of cable entry of size 155x210x92mm and connection of LT cable any size with suitable size lugs/thimbles and nut,bolts and washer including necessary fixing arrangement with MS clamp of suitable size including nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.Model No-KF1616B Make-Hensel or equivallent in Havells/Standard.

Dismantling/lowering down the sagged conductors of any description/size or rating from LT poles of any height after removing binding wires/jumpers from insulators and restreching only existing LT OH lines consisting of 2 conductor to 7 conductor of ACSR lines and one GI earth wire of any size and tightening/streching it to permissible sag and binding/re-jumpering with aluminium binding wire of suitable size including replacement of defective/broken insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured). (ii) Insulators shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supplying, straining and stretching of over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT poles upto permissible sag and binding/jumpering with aluminium binding wire of suitable size including replacement of defective/broken insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured). (ii) Insulators shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Trimming of tree branches touching to LT / HT OH lines not exceeding 30 cm girth, shrub, vegetaion, bush and saplings at least upto 5.0 M from outer edge of ACRS including cleaning of road/path/fencing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing galvanised mild steel pipe/ tubing, 'Light grade' of 50mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete all as specified of the following bore (Note :- Excavation & Earth work, Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers shall be measrued and paid separately)
