Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection incl joints filling complete all as specified.

Supply and laying fine aggregate 50mm thick spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm thick incl consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (shape as per sample in AGE (I) sample room), with grey cement and pigment and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in- Charge

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floor, sub-base, floor and pavings, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement & pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(20 mm gadded aggregate) as in copings including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete solid block masonry type 1:3:6 using (16mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new plaster surface of walls and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint over a coat of priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC pipes) set in CM 200mm bore including PCC complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipe in cement pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 incl packing and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested 200 mm bore complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S&F Reinforced concrete 200 mm bore pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L Applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for repairing of damaged RCC chajja's/Roof projection, ceiling and balcony railing etc at any location up to 10 Mtr height, comprising of following operation complete all as specified and directed . (a) Dismantling of all loose cement mortar/concrete, cleaning of rust on exposed reinforcement using 'rust cleaning solvents' ‘Dr. fixit rust clear' of Pidilite or equivalent. (b) M&L for application of anti-corrosive/passive coat of '' RBR ''of Pidilite or equivalent cement slurry in CM(1:2) . (c) M&L for application of a bonding coat of '' RBR ''of Pidilite or equivalent cement slurry in CM(1:2) just before repair . (d) S&F of chicken wire mesh as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) M&L for repair to damaged portion using cement mortar(1:3) of 20mm to 40 mm thick in one or two layers as required , admixing '' RBR '' or equivalent @ 2.0 liter per bag of cement and finishing the surface.

M&L Applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints plaster primer including preparation of old cemented surfaces of kerb stone etc. of any description exc. 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
