M& L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping the surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper to interior walls complete and filling the imperfaction surfaces even such as holes, dirt, fine cracks are to be filled with 2-3 layer wall care putty (whereverrequired as directed by Engr-in-charge) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including cornicess plaster etc for lime wash (white washing) and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down old roof treatment of any description including plaster, cement concrete etc. and removing old material outside MD land exc 1Km and not exceeding 5 Km completely all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, add WPC @3% of cement weight(WPC paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 4 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c ) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain/coloured FRP sheeting 2-3mm thick, roofs, windows, duct covering or at any other location by coach screw and washer, nut & bolt, staple pins or any other sutiable means all as specified and decided by engg-in-charge.

M&L for painting of existing galvalume pre-painted sheets with polyurethe Industrial paint of approved shade with two coats by spray/brush as per manufacturer Instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete in all aspects including material labours T&P,scaffolding etc. The work to be carried out on roof top & sides of existing buiding having height upto 15m.
