Supply Installation testing and commissioning of 320 KVA (3 Phase) ‘Silent type’ DG set (CPCB-IV Approved) coupled with Alternator rated at 320 KVA, 415 volt mounted on a common base frame complete with suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 volts at 0.8 p.f. (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be Brushless type, self excited & self regulated through an AVR. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to IS : 60034. The DG set will be complete with 630 Amp ATS Panel and its required accessories. it will be mounted on suitable size frame as per OEM specification.(ATS Panel will be as Per OEM Specification) (DG Make -Kirlosker/Cummins/Caterpillar) (A) Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at the N.T.P. condition and conforming to ISO 8528 , capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. Engine Mounted Panel fitted with having display for following. (i) Start-stop switch with key (ii) Water temperature gauge. (iii) Lubrication oil pressure gauge. (iv) Hour meter with RPM indication. (v) Over speed indication. (vi) Low lub. Oil trip indication. (vii) Battery charging indication.

Alternator : (B) Synchronous alternator rated 320 KVA at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at the N.T.P. condition. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure IP 23. Brushless continuous duty, self excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS : 60034 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-H insulation. Base Frame and Foundation : (C) Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of M.S. Channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on the existing cement concrete foundation(necessary repair shall be done by the agency). (the edge of foundation shall be embedded with 25x25x5 mm size angle iron) and with vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer. (D) Fuel tank : Daily Service fuel tank of 600 Litre (Minimum) capacity as per standard design of OEM Specification. Exhaust System : (E) Dry exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and exhaust MS Pipe layout with clamping as per the OEM Specification. Starting System : (F) 12 V / 24 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors : Voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with 2 Nos. 12 V 180 Ah lead acid battery as required as per OEM specification. Enclosure : (G) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per OEM specification.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Make- Polycab /Finolex/KEI.

S/L of 6x1.5 sq mm Al. served seathed armoured control cable Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Make- Polycab /Finolex/KEI.

Supply installation testing and commisioning of powder coated main distribuition panel fabricated of 14 Gauage CRCA Sheet Cubical compartmentlized free standing floor mounted , dust and vermin proof with reinforcement of suitable size of angle iron channel T iron or flat as required Size as per OEM Design. (A) 630 Amp 4P MCCB Incomer 50 kA including sutable size bus bar. (B)Outgoing- 125 Amp 4P MCCB 25 kA - 4 Nos. & 63 Amp 4P MCCB 16 kA - 4 Nos. Make-Legrand/C&S/L&T
