Scarifying existing Bituminous road surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1Km (By Mechanicla Means)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (sizerange 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On WBM @ 0.75kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. On BT @ 0.50kg/sqm

Providing and laying 50mm thick premix bituminous macadam base coarse with stone aggregates of quality size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of V.G 10 grade @ 3.30 % by weight of total mix that is @ 60 kg / cum including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant , transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade , rolling with power road roller of 8-10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including cost and carriage of all materials involved up to site of work complete , tools , plants, equipments and all allied machinery , labor ,taxes , fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects including cost and carriage of material.

Providing and laying 25mm thick(compacted) semidensce bituminous concrete using mineral aggregates satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5% binder content( by weight of total mix) bitumen of V.G 10 grade @ 2.88 kg/sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8-10 ton capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density ( with bitumen of V.G 10 grade) including cost and carriage of all the materials involved complete , tools , plants, equipments and all allied machinery, labor ,taxes , fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate( passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve ) with bitumen using 128.00 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete as per MORTH specifications, including cost and carriage of all materials involved up to site of work complete.
