Shifting of high mast light pole including replacement of unserviceable Halogen light with energy efficient LED Flood lights from near SMC to Stn Armoury and from Airmen mess to Station Sports Complex at AF Station Gurgaon comprising of following work :- a) M&L to demolish old PCC foundation platform and hiring hydra machine for shifting of high mast light pole from Airmen Mess to Stn Sports complex including provision of new foundation suitable for 13 Mtr high highmast of RCC column size 1.0mtr x1.0 mtr x 2.3 mtr and raft size 2.4mtrx2.4mtrx0.4 mtr using M-25 concrete and TMT steel bars of 10 mm dia to be placed at 150 c/c both ways for raft and 16 No vertical bars with 8mm dia bar stirrups / rings at 150 c/c for columns complete with suitable PCC 1:3:6 lean concrete complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 02 Nos b) S&F foundation nut and bolt of size 2.5 mtr long and 20 mm dia to be embeded in RCC foundation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge- 16 Nos

c) Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded. Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge - 150 RM d) Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/ foundation of pole etc complete as specified - 40.50 Cum e) Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm - 25.92 Cum f) Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above gropund level from starting point - 13.15 Cum g) M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including watering and consolidation - 12.20 Cum h) Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified - 1350 Nos j) Supply and fixing in replacement of energy saving environmental firiendly, long life IP 65 flood light with high power LED's as light source, suitable for high mast lighting 150 watt including all fixing acessories complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. l) M&L for drilling hole under hard standing/ road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 12 mtr maximum) for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified - 08 Nos m) Supply, fixing and laying GI tube light grade 80 mm bore (Make : Prakash/ Jindal/ITC)- 08 RM
