Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding using thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Brick work with machine moulded perforated F.P.S.bricks of class designation125 condirming to IS:2222-1991 in superstructure above plinth level uoto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felts etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleats angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing with float glass panes of 5.50mm thick for glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel (ACP) board in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partitions frames with CP. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling door shutter including removal of hinges and refixing in position after necessary repair work etc. complete.

Renewing glass panes and refixing 4mm float glass with wooden fillets

Providing and fixing best quality aluminium door stopper with bush including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 125mm aluminium handles ISI mared anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transpaarent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing IS:3564 marked alumminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished 100mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles for aluminium door with necessary screws etc. complete (best make of approved quality as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats new work of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats old work of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

Painting with weather proof paint (Ace or equivalent quality) two or more coats on new surface after cleaning the surface etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height with 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 but excluding the cost of painting
