R.C.C. (1:2:4) : M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type m-20, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in column, beams, cantilevers, lintel or precast slab etc. and excluding use and waste of necessary formwork as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Form work : Use of wooden form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, landing beams, roof beams and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete as ordered by EIC & SIC.

Reinforcement : M & L for providing reinforcement work with TMT mild steel bars 08 mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. etc.complete as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Ceiling plastering (1:4) : M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 mix in ceiling or concrete surfaces of any description as ordered by EIC/SIC

Wall plastering(1:6): M & L for providing 12 mm thick cement plater 1:6 mix on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Taking down plastering : Labour only for taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description, flush pointing, any painting etc. from brick wall, Ceilling & chajjas etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete as ordered by EIC/SIC.

White washing wall : M & L for applying two coats of white washing with blue tint on wall old decorated surfaces of any description after necessary preparation of the same as ordered by EIC/SIC.

White washing ceiling : M & L for applying two coats of white washing with blue tint on old decorated ceiling of any description after necessary preparation of the same as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Washable distempering : M & L for applying two coats of washable distemper of 1st quality make- Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make and approved shade after necessary preparatory work with primer to distempering on wall as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Wood painting : M & L for applying single coat of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI , or substantially equivalent make and shade on wood or wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth after necessary preparation of old decorated surfaces as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Polishing : M & L for polishing on surfaces of any description width or grith including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Wall paint : M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint finishd glossy of 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI, or substantially equivalent make and approved shade after necessary preparation of wall surfaces over 10 cm width or girth as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Plastic emulsion paint : M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI, approved make & shade after necessary preparation of old decorated surfaces with primer of any descriptions over 10 cm width or girth as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Steel painting : M & L for applying single coat of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI, or substantially equivalent make of approved make and shade after necessary preparation of old decorated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Preparation of surface & Primer for weather coat paiting : M & L for applying one coat of primer (suitable for weather coat painting) of 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make after necessary preparation of wall surfaces of any description as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Exterior surface painting : M & L for applying one coat premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on old plastered surfaces @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm with Asian/Berger/ICI or substantially equivalent make as directed and all completed as ordered by EIC/SIC.

Uprooting of plants : Labour only for complete uprooting of plants of any girth and any description after that m & l for using acid/copper sulphate in the root position of plants and making good the dismantled area by using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as ordered by EIC/SIC.
