Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each removing to or from store.

Demolition of brick/ stone bolder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars,etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. Incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. any descriptiion.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concree surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing with Acryalic smooth exterior paint of required shade: new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm over and incl priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm)

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting prepara-tory to distempering.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated frame for doors,windows,ventilators with one or more rebates incl jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated window frame with shutters sliding pattern consisting of three tracked frame and 03 shutters (02 shutters glazed and 01 shutter gauged) using standard medium weight section of weight not less than 0.55 kg/Rm incl suitable EPDM rubber beading and necessary handles/locking arrangements for shutter of Jindal (or equivalent) sections window frame (Top & sides) : 21137, Bottom L 20977, Window shutters: Top & Bottom : 20567, Sides 20738 complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Sheet glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F 7 mm thick powder coated (minimum 50 anodised aluminium deco grill DG-104, including jointing cleat and necessary fixing arrangement as required complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and M&L light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etcset and jhointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cment to match over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and M&L coloured ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.11 and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etcset and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified.
