SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Corrugated galvanized iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 275 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.50mm), fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 02 above but except sheeting. Note:- Serviceable sheets retrieved from Serial Item No. 01 above shall be used.

0.63mm thick plain galvainsed mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.410 Gde E-250, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. conforming to grade Fe.410-W.Gde-E-250 quality A, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (designed prepainted) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (E-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.5mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.5mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Everest or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling boarding, any description (wall panelling/ceiling/lining/ cladding/partition etc), fixed in any position with screws/nails, complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall as per specifications and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean sawn timber fixed in unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hard wood as in timber scantling wrought fixed for unframed work for varandah post, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, framed work, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Lock rail (Middle member) of shutter section shall be of size 150.00x44.45x3.00mm (section No 19596). (e) Bottom Members of shutter section shall be of size 150.00x44.45x3.10mm (section No 19584). (f) Glazing clip for securing glass of shutters shall be of 0.80mm thick (section No 19370). Factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled 35mm thick shutters without interlocking rail and with one panel and panels of 9mm BWP commercial plywood or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both face, timber flat on bolts side (feather edged or veneered particles board medium density wood particles with commercial face veneers etc.).The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as as specified and directed.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive with sash bars edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. size of member as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b), complete all as as specified and directed.

35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as as specified and directed.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II, complete all as as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including necessary cutting, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in path/paving/hardstanding and finishing the surfaces broom finish without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 14-16 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone, 14-16 mm thick, as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to step/pillar aid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, including formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.
