Providing comprehensive maintenance services (preventive & breakdown) of the high side of Central Air conditioning plant comprising of 3X225 TR ( York make) water cooled screw chillers installed for C block of R.G. Bhawan including attending breakdown, check/repair/overhaul the Chiller equipments as per special condition of Contract. Job also includes to replace its worn out parts as recommended by OEM, replenishing refrigerant, testing & replacing of compressor oil as per manufactures recommendation etc as required and as specified in special conditions of contract. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the Scope of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Bhawan. This item shall be read in conjugation with Special conditions of contract. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Operation and Maintenance Contract of the 3X225 TR Central Air conditioning plant comprising of all machinery equipments cooling towers(Advance Make, 03Nos.), AHUs, L.T Panels, In line fans, Propeller Fans, Axial Flow Fans, FCU's, Boilers, Chiller Primary & Secodary Pump and Motor and condensor Pump and Motor, and other important installations of HVAC Plant AC etc installed in A.C plant room and C block of R.G. Bhawan. by providing the following Manpower and as per special conditions of contract. a) Supervisor / Senior Electrician -01Nos.(Highly skilled) b) BMS Operator -01No.(Highly skilled) c) Plant Operator -02 Nos. (Skilled) d) Helper - 02Nos. (Un-skilled) NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Providing Comprehensive maintenance services (preventive & breakdown) of the Building Management System associated with Central Air conditioning plant of 3X225 TR installed for C block of R.G. Bhawan including attending breakdown, check/repair/overhaul the BMS System including all controllers. The job will be executed/measured after completion of warranty for the replacement of the existing BMS system with new system. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Replacement/Upgradation of Existing BMS software(Webs Ax) with latest version Webs N4 complete with testing and commissioning as required. (Model No.: WEB-S-1-N4 + SUP-1-SMA-5YR, Make: Honeywell- Webs)

Replacement of Existing JACE (Web-600) with new JACE(Web-8000) Model No.: WEB-8025-U + SMA-8025-1YR-INIT + DEVICE-UP-25 + WPM-8000 Make: Honeywell- Webs including testing and commissioning at site complete as required.

Replacement of existing DDC (PUL6438) with New DDC (PUB6438SR/U) Model No.: PUB6438SR/U Make: Honeywell- Webs including testing and commissioning at site complete as required.

Replacement of old cooling tower motor with new IE-3 efficiency motor of rating 7.5kw/4P /1440rpm and fan assembly including pulley system, bearing housing, Fan bush, flat belt, FRP belt cover, fan guard, etc. complete with installation as required and as approved by EIC. The item also includes dismantling and shifting to desired location of the dismantled items/materials.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in all respect as required at site.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as and when required complete in all respect as required at site.

Thickness 0.63 mm sheet

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect complete in all respect as required at site. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation as per specifications complete in all respect as required at site. 'BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with C I body SS disc/SG Iron disc, nitrile sheet & O - ring & PN 16 pressure rating as specified.
