Providing Smart Parking Solutions and Operation & Maintenance of Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) at Gandhi Bazar in Chickpetee Assembly Constituency for a period of 10 years

Service Provider firm should have satisfactorily installed, commissioned and maintained smart solution in the Parking facility to any Government, Local bodies or private places like Mall, Commercial spaces in India. In support of this, the Service Provider shall furnish a Certificate duly certified by the Competent Authority with the Technical Bid

Service Provider firm should have carried out maintaining installed presently using PMS and PGS commissioned and smart solution for minimum of 150 Four Wheelers capacity of the MLCP this criteria may be considered for the multiple projects (MLCP) by adding up the Single project.

A.The lead bidder/member should have minimum 5 years experience of parking service/management to a Government organization B.Bidders with Smart Parking Solution experience in Airport/Mall/any Government organization are also considered for this tender C.A lead Bidder must be Service provider having experience in the operation and maintenance of the Multilevel Parking facility by installing Smart solutions in Private place/airport/any Government organization place D. The bidder should have an authorisation letter from the technology provider along with the technical specifications as mentioned in the tender with their consent to provide technology to the bidder. E.All technology equipment and software required for this should be from reputed companies and should be from a parking technology manufacturer. Hardware and software should be from same company

Engineer Technician for (Fire Fighting/STP)This is important assignment and shall be responsible for overall maintenance and proper functioning of Firefighting/Lifts/Sewerage Treatment Plant He/they should have experience in above and should have minimum 2 years experience of similar nature work. Supervisor This is the senior position engaged for the assignment. The team leader shall be responsible for overall performance of the Service Provider for the project. This includes Overseeing, Controlling the movement of vehicles within building, Maintaining and operating the metering system, Overall maintenance of building including Firefighting, lifts, Water Supply, Toilets, Housekeeping, etc. A graduate degree having minimum experience of 5years. He should have experience in, coordinating and leading the complete management of parking system andworked as supervisor should have minimum 2 years experience of similar nature of work. Security Head with Staff: Should be visible, Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property monitoring surveillance equipment inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities informing violators of policy and procedures restraining trespassers. Controls traffic within premises by directing drivers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. Maintains organizations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturers instructions troubleshooting malfunctions calling for repairs evaluating new equipment and techniques. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. He should be responsible for overall safety. He shall hold a graduate degree with an overall experience of 5 years. He should have minimum 1 year experience as Security Head. Ticket issuer Greeting passengers and customers that approach their counter. Answering questions regarding dates, prices, and availability of slots and Helping customers if any. Should have minimum 1 year experience of similar nature work. Housekeeping Staff Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures. Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, etc. Sweeping/ vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors by using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools. Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste as per norms. Shall have minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields. Reports which are part of the assignment must be written in English only.

The Bidders average turnover in any three years of last five (5) financial years shall be 3.6 Cr Note-Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10 percent per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this the Service Provider shall furnish the Certificate from Chartered Accountant along with the Technical Proposal.

Lead Bidder either individual Agency must have carried out operation and maintenance of an MLCP with a minimum of 150 Four Wheelers capacity. These criteria may be considered for the multiple projects (MLCP) by adding up the total capacity under operation of all projects.(Relevant documents including installation certificate & satisfactory certificate are to be submitted with authorized from Executive Engineer and above rank) BBMP considers a conflict of interest to be a situation in which a party has interests that could improperly influence that party's performance of official duties or responsibilities, contractual obligations, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and that such conflict of interest may contribute to or constitute a prohibited practice under Corrupt and Fraudulent Practices. In pursuance of these, bidders, suppliers,and contractors must observe the highest standard of ethics.BBMP will take appropriate actions if it determines that a conflict of interest has flawed the integrity of any services. Consequently, all Bidders found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified.

BBMP will Evaluate the Technical Criteria based on the mentioned conditions and also marks given based on bidder or Contractor uploaded document as mentioned in the RFP document.
