M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers (5mm thick with approved water proofing compound over backing layer of 10 mm thick )on fair faces of brick work incl finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC @ 2% of cement, will be paid separately ) and preparation of the newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer etc all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on concrete surface of sunken floors and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,after drying and applying two coats of epoxy resin of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls of sunken portion and tested complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Materials and Labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor,including taking up or down existing steel tubing ,complete all as specified and directed.
