Item No.:-1 Operation, maintenance, repairs & replacement for electrical & mechanical equipment, to operate 144 MLD capacity water works of Barave water treatment plant at Barave & water head works at mohane including all spare parts, labour for operating 24 x 7, repair / replacement within stipulated time period, day to day maintenance of machinery, cost of all labour, material etc. as directed by the engineer incharge. Under this item the work of operation (including raw water pumps, Chemical dosing, washing of filters, Testing of water as per norms & pure water,wash water, recirculation pumps etc.), Periodical & Routine maintenance & Repair of electrical & Mechanical equipments with material,, Reguler cleaning (Raw water chanel, Raw water sum, Areation fountain, Clarifacculetor, Filters, Recirculation well, Chlorine contact tank & Pure water Sump, sweeping & keep clean the premises of raw water pump house & Barve WTP.

Item No. 2 Overhauling with repairing 1250 kVA /1600 KVA Transformer: Dismantling the existing 1250 / 1600 kVA, 22 kV/0.433 kV Crompten Greaves make on load Tap changer type transformer by means of hydra/ Crane of suitable capacity, cleaning all healthy parts, laminations (In assembly), tank, insulating sleeves etc. overhauling the transformer with replacement of damaged parts and rewound coils and reassembling of top yoke including brazing, soldering, sleeving and insulating as required ,vacuum oven drying of assembled core. Reassembling of complete transformer by tanking the dried core, cleaning all gaskets, making terminal connections , oil filling, filtration, rewinding of HV & LV coils, using new copper coil with new insulation including internal & external painting of transformer with rebate for damaged material, to & fro transportation charges loading/ unloading making connections with all required materials, testing, commissioning with six month guarantee etc complete.

Item No. 3 Overhauling with repairing 500 kVA Transformer: Dismantling the existing 500 kVA, 22 kV/0.433 kV Volt Amps make off load tap chane type transformer by means of hydra/ Crane of suitable capacity, cleaning all healthy parts, laminations (In assembly), tank, insulating sleeves etc. overhauling the transformer with replacement of damaged parts and rewound coils and reassembling of top yoke including brazing, soldering, sleeving and insulating as required ,vacuum oven drying of assembled core. Item No. 6 Providing semiskill labour for removing the Jalparni From Ulhas River at Mohane weir or near Mohili Head Work.(From March to May). Appoint nine labour per day. 9 labour x 92 days x 2 Years = 1656 labour)

Item No. 7 Provinding Nav (Bot) in good condition with skill labour & safety equipments for removing the Jalparni plants from Ulhas river at Mohane weir or near Mohili Head Work. (From March to May) two bots per day.( 2 bots per day x 92days x 2 years= 368 bots )
