REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO SECURITY WALLS, CONCERTINA COIL, GATE FENCING AND CONNECTED MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Taking down old rusted/ deteriorated concertina coil of any size and description from security wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Stainless steel (304 Grade) Concertina coil of size 1000/1050 mm dia, cross type (when closed) high tensile spring centre core wire, with Steel strip (19.00mm wide and 0.50mm thick), spring steel core wire 2.6mm dia, Tensile strength- minimum 1620 N/Sqmm, Torsion test minimum 22 Turns, high carbon spring steel wire, fixing over existing security wall 'Y' shaped angle iron tied with SS wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make: (Shiva Engineering Co/ A1 Fence & Global Technocrats or equivalent)

Supply and fixing in repairs Stainless steel (304 Grade) Rozer wire mat finish, high tensile spring centre core wire, with Steel strip (19.00mm wide and 0.50 mm thick), Steel core wire 2.6mm dia (+/- 0.035 mm), Tensile strength- minimum 1620 N/Sqmm, Torsion test minimum 22 Turns, High carbon spring steel wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing concertina coil any size and description from security wall and Re-fixing the same at its position or other location with 3mm dia GI binding wire/clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work or of any description at any place not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanized Iron angle, for fencing post ('Y' shape/ swan neck etc) fixing over security wall including cutting and welding, drilling holes, nut bolts, notching for wire etc flat iron including necessary bolting or riveting and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old chain link fencing wire mesh, any type from existing fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only galvanised steel chain link fencing of mesh size any size or type with both ends of the fabric without knocking and twisting any size including binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Make: (Shiva Engineering Co/ A1 Fence & Global Technocrats or equivalent)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, including binding wire etc and fixing to fencing post with nut, bolts, flat iron rails, straining bolts, etc. all as specified and as directed. Note: Flat iron and MS nut bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing GI flat Iron, galvanized for securing chain link fencing, wind tie, welded to each other complete all as specified and as directed.
