Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs as measured from the face of the jamb in to the wall shall be exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and directed.

M&L for factory made solid single extruded panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gape inside for top rail and bottom rail: panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed PVC the style & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to gather with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion paint, white or tinted on newly plastered surfaces of wall as decided, over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, including preparation of plastered surface of wall etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on old plastered surface of wall, over a coat of primer including complete removal of existing treatment by using high pressure water, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots at any height including scaffolding and necessary arrangement etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
