Charges on account of the repairs to suction gantry of Achabal – I Lift Irrigation Scheme by way of cutting and welding using gas cutting tool and welding set with superior quality electrodes. The job includes dismantling of damaged old gantry by gas cutting, labour and using tools. The gantry shall be provided and fitted with ISMC 100 channel 2 No lengths each 20ft long as vertical members with adequate support in the form of ISA 50x50x5 as braces and other supports as per site requirement. The vertical members shall be embedded in a recommended concrete mix M10 at least in 1m deep pit excavated manually with anchoring angle welded at the bottom of posts. The job includes dismantling of damaged platform by means of gas cutting and refitting of same at the desired height using welding. The posts shall be provided and fitted with MS gusset plates of 8mm thick by means of welding and fitting of departmental horizontal MS member. The job also includes providing and testing of 2 ton capacity high tensile tension belts (2 No.) and Mild Steel D Type shackles (10 No.) for lifting of the equipment as and when required at site. All tools and tackles including gen set, gas cutting tool, Tripod etc are to be arranged by the firm.

The job includes dismantling of old damaged gantry by using gas cutting tools, electric cutters etc. The existing gantry vertical posts shall be re-embedded in the proper concrete mix M10 with anchoring angle welded at the bottom of posts, and then The gantry shall be provided and fitted with adequate support in the form of ISA 50x50x5 as braces and other supports as per site requirement. The job also includes providing and testing of 2 ton capacity high tensile tension belts (2 No.) and Mild Steel D Type shackles (10 No.) for lifting of the equipment as and when required at site. All tools and tackles including gen set, gas cutting tool, Tripod etc are to be arranged by the firm.

Fabrication of suction side gantry fabricated out of MS 250mm departmental pipe as vertical posts each 10ft long by means of erection of pipes in the pit of suitable size excavated manually embedded completely to the depth of 2-3ft in a proper concrete mix of M10 with anchoring angle welded at the bottom of posts at Mazbugh LIS. The posts shall be provided and fitted with 8mm thick MS gusset plates of appropriate size by means of welding using superior quality electrodes and shall be fitted with horizontal member of suitable size out of departmental material using welding. The job shall include providing and fitting of ISA 50x50x5 angle braces as per requirement. The job also includes providing and testing of 2 ton capacity high tensile tension belts (2 No.) and Mild Steel D Type shackles (10 No.) for lifting of the equipment as and when required at site. All tools and tackles including gen set, gas cutting tool, Tripod etc are to be arranged by the firm. The job includes transportation of departmental pipes from sub-divisional stores to the site including loading and unloading.

Fabrication of suction side gantry out of departmental material fabricated out of MS pipes available at Saifkhul LIS by way of gas cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes embedded in the concrete mix of M10 with anchoring angle welded at the bottom of posts. The job includes providing and fitting of ISA 50x50x5 angle and ISMC 100 channel braces as per requirement, MS 8mm thick Gusset plates and ISMC 100 horizontal member 20ft long. The job also includes providing and testing of 2 ton capacity high tensile tension belts (2 No.) and Mild Steel D Type shackles (10 No.) for lifting of the equipment as and when required at site.
