MISC B/R REPAIR TO DRAIN, WALL FENCING ETC AT NAVAL DETACHMENT AT NEIL ISLAND UNDER AGE(I) CENTRAL, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Demolition of stone block / PCC block masonry etc built in cement mortar below Ground level.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for fdn etc below GL and getteing out in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for fdn etc below GL and getteing out insoft / diintegrated reck, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Demolition of stone/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar below GL and deomlition of PCC/RCC below GL shall also be measured and paid for vid eitem No 2 & 3 above

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggs as in fdn filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete Type B1 1:2:4 nominal mix ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation including rafts footing, basement of slab and mass conrete.etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete Type B1 1:2:4 nominal mix ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in retaining wall of any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of columns rafts and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work verticale or to bater for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to face of wall vertical or to better, sides of retining wall,and similar work, fair finished surfaces of concrete flat.

S & F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in Stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus rocks to a distance exc 100 mtrs but nexc 150m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling 40mm graded stone aggregate around mouths of weep holes pipes acomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved earth filling on rear side of the retaining walls to obtain desired ground levels brought by excavation from near by areas, lead exc 500m but nexc 1.0 Km including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with 1:2:4 mix, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar1:4 including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm garded stone agg as in coping complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in beds to drains etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement Concrete as in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage nexc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in 75 mm thick sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick M-35 grade factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in roads and pavings parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mmthick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L prepolished coloured and chemically treated chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25 mm thick confirming to IS - 13081, 1993 with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:6.

S&F as in repairs GI concertina coil of CONSEC ZAL Super Punch barb tape (SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and include necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications : (i) Dia of coil (Unstreched -610 mm), (ii) No of circle 51 turns per coil, (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack 8.5 kg, (iv) Coverage per coil max 8 Rm, (v) Central core wire : made from 2.6 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS 2629, (vi) Razor punched strip : Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of AL base with Zinc alloy @ 150 gm/m2 conforming to ASTM-729/A-729M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy / Polyurethane & final paint top coat of Caulified green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. The item also includes supply of 3 nos of Horizontal ZAL runner wire for fixing of Concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Plastic coated GI wire chain link fencing using, 3mm dia GI wire 50X50 mm mesh fixed any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F as in repair of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck is 5 to 10 mm all as specified as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of alkali resisitant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls incl racking out joints for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on external surfaces in two layers , first layer of 10 mm thick in CM1:6 and second layer on top 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prep of new plastered surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old AC/PVC pipes 50mm bore including making good the distrubed surfaces.

S&F PVC(SWR) pipes 50mm bore as in rain water/drain pipes fixed to walls/ Mild steel posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bends 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls etc as Rain water pipes complete all as directed

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius , complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F as in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, resecuring incl tightening and making good staples etc to barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.
