S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as directed.

M&L non-skid jointless coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed ceramic designer tiles any shade or pattern as approved of size 600x300x7 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item Nos 42 & 43 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Shade / pattern / Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before procurement).

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills ,skirting / dado cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over cement screed plaster 10 mm thic in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as directed.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment i.e. plaster/ concrete/ brick cova etc. surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed outside MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, desing & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, required colour and pattern overe and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embeding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibrotory compaction by using plate vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of minimum size 550 x 550mm, 20-25 mm thick, as in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & mirror, polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/ stone work or concrete surface work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

All as per item No 50 here-in-above but 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling, chajja, roof projection etc.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make: CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab including plastering and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed outside of MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with two coats of thermal resistant paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete PVC moulded coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with proper sealant mixed with CM 1:3 over APP membrane complete all directed.(Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed).

M&L for steel scaffolding fo demolition of building (Top portion only) upto 9mtr height and provision of PVC net all around to prevent droping of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.(Note for Part II :The demolition /dismantling as described in varios items of Part II shall be carried out above tripple storey Bldg of approx 9mts in height , as such necessary following shall be adhered to as under : (i) Scafloding as per relevant safety IS norms shall be followed & the same to be got approved be Engineer-in-charge before commencement of demolition / dismantling work. (ii) Trades man / labourers involed in work of above height should be carried out in presence of any saftey qualified supervisior to avoid any sort of accident/ incident due to negligence of trades man or lack of experience in working in above height as such all tradesman involved in the task should pocesses valid insurance & the same to be submitted to Engineer-in-charge for verification & record. (iii) All necessary saftey precations equipments as per IS such as hand gloves , safety belt , head helment etc shall be arranged by the contractor (iv) During demolition / dismantling in existing structre any adjacant Bldg / structure is damaged for whatso ever reasons due to negligence of working people the same to be made good as per its orignal specifiaction to entire satifaction of Engineer-in-charge without any extra cost to Govt. (v) The quoted rate aganist various items in BOQ is deemed to be inclusive of the same & no extra shall be enertained. Contractor must visit the site of demolition/ dismantling prior quoting his bid to have a better assessement.
