3.Cleaning of D/F pipes and painting with two coats of black Japan paint and replacing flanges as required.

Dismantling ,repairing,assembling and testing of control panel suitable for 30-35 HP motor (01 No.) including repairing/supply, voltmeter,ammeter,single phase preverter,capacitor,fuse and internal wiring etc :-

1. TPN Switches /MCCB( FB/FBC Type, 250 Amp).

Dismantling ,repairing,assembling and testing of oil immersed starter suitable for 30- 35 HP motor (2 Nos.) including repairing/supply of Fixed and moving contact set , over load coil, repairing of internal wiring with Winding and Varnishing of auto transformer etc.

Supply of Mobil oil & Transformer oil

Supply of Mobil Oil ( SAE-10) (20 liter for each pumping plant)

Supply of Transformer oil (80 liter for each starter)

Power wiring and earthing materials

Supply of double loop earthing including G.I./Al earthing strips, G.I. earth plates, earthing chambers, coal, salt , electrodes , digging of pits, etc comlete

Supply of submersible flat copper Cable 1 x3 x25 mm2 (40 meter for each pumping station)

Power wiring of motor to starter, starter to control panel , control panel to main switch , complete.

Carting including loading / unloading of 02 set of pumping plant and related material from divisional store to site (approx distance within 10 kilometers )

Supply of Electronic type dosing system complete actuated pulser circuit, diaphagm and electronically pulp capable of delivery max 6 LPH at 5.6/ Cm2 pressure operated on 220 V single phase. AC Supply along with chemical Injection Device, Accessories of above pump set as per Following, Injector & NR Valve with PVC pipe,Starter cum panel., Single Phase automatic stabilizer 500 W, Chlorine testing Kit, Installation & Commissioning of plant with labour material etc. complete in all respect.i.e

Hiring Of DG set

Cost of hiring charges for 100 KVA D.G. set including cartage up to site and installation and providing operator (24x7) for 4 Months.- 1 set.

Fuel cost for average 2 Hrs. running per day FOR site ( for 4 months) including transportation & loading & unloading from petrol pump to site.

Oil and lubricants cost ( for 4 months)

Cable for D.G Set of size 1 x 3 x 25 mm 2 submersible cable from change over Switch To D.G. set

Internal wiring

Wiring for light point, fan point etc. with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface PVC conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size GI box, with earth wire of 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/sub main along with earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface PVC conduit as required.

Supply and fixing of 5 A to 32 A, 240 V, 10 KA, C serious MCB suitable for inductive load of following pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing etc as required.

Supply and fixing of double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 20 W LED tube light complete in all respect (Bajaj/Philips/Helonix OR Equivalent make)
