REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF STEEL ROOLING SLIDING OPENABLE SHUTTERS OF CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL WORK SHOP BUILDINGS OF AREA C AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking down exising steel rolling shutter incl hood cover pull and push type, not exc 15 Sqm area of sides of clear opening and cleaning the sides of shutters suspension shafts, anti-guide channel and gearing all the moving parts rolling shutters and strengthening rolling shafts and replacement of bolts and nuts as required for smooth functioning of shutters and refixing the same including hood cover complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above, but gear operated type rolling shutters exc 15 sqm but not exc 30 sqm area and incl adjustment of gear assembly complete.

Repairs and servicing to rolling shutters by removal of wornout components such as hood covers, laths, ball bearing, helical wire springs, lock plates, shaft pipes and straightening of existing guide channels, laths, hood covers at required places including greasing and servising, refixing in the same openings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters with thickness of lath 1.25mm , with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs electrically operated, 1.15mm thick steel rolling shutters, area exc 15 sqm, with chain bearing wheel,and quide channels with out ball baring, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, and one shop coat of primer, erected in position with chain wheel and hand chain of suitable length to operate complete all as specified and directed Note:- Electric motor measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F Electric motor of weighing capacity upto 300 Kg and power upto 3.70 Watt for rolling shutter including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Electric motor of weighing capacity upto 1000 Kg and power upto 12 Watt for rolling shutter including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and dircted.

S&F in repairs ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.
