Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from R.C.C.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

(a) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing and fixing CI nut bolt of 1.20 mtrs long and 16mm dia within lead and lift.

Providing Circumferencial Butt Welded joints by electrical arc welding to various mm dia MSERW/G.I Pipes conforming to IS 1978 - 82 of grade Yst - 210, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore) - CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
