Providing & Installation of VRV/VRF Air Conditioning System

EQUIPMENT

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air-conditioning system suitable for Cooling & Heating both by multiple scroll/DC Twin rotary compressor controlled by individual inverters for each compressor complete with indoor and outdoor units with individual wired and wireless /wired remote controller for indoor units and centralized controller, interconnecting refrigerant piping, full charge of refrigerant gas (R-410A) & oil, control cabling and fittings etc. as per details given in specifications and having following items. The out door units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V + 10 %, 50 Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply.

Outdoor Units

VRV/VRF Outdoor Unit

Supply, Installation, Gas Charging, Testing and Commisioning of Air Cooled VRV/VRF units with rotary/scroll Compressor capable of modulating capacity from Min 20%- 100%or more working on R410A/or as per OEM design with heating & cooling both. The prices should include all works such as lifting, shifting and positioning of outdoor units. The unit shall be factory charged & any top-up gas/oil required for first charge including nitrogen leak testing, oil charging, vaccumisation shall be in scope of agency. The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed form rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish

The Module shall have multiple scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor.. Each circuit of Module units shall have Multiple compressors for better redundancy incase of breakdown.

The heat exchanger for Outdoor shall be constructed with copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil. The Condenser fins must be coated with Anti-corrosive treatment.The following safety devices shall be part of the outdoor unit:- High Pressure Switch, Low Pressure Switch, Fan Motor Safety Thermostat, Over Current Relay, Fusible Plugs, Fuses. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. The outdoor units shall have a minimum COP of 3.1 at 100% loading and ISEER of 6.5 at ARI conditions (To crosscheck COP orginal data sheet to be provided from OEM ), the ODU shall have condenser fan capable of minmum 7 speeds or better technology for saving energy at various loading conditions.

The out door units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V + 10 %, 50 Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply.

All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor and all outdoor units shall work even at 52°C ambient temperature without tripping

The manufacturer of ODU and compressor shall be of the same make . i.e the make of compressor shall be identical of the ODU. Contractor to include all necessary charge of refrigerant & connecting kits for AHU & Y joints as per there design

INDOOR MAIN LT PANELS :

Designing, Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning of indoor Type LT cubical panel enclosure (dust, vermin and interchangeable modules with facilites for extensions or reduction as per the space or requirments). The Panel shall be suitable for operation at 415+6% Volts, 50HZ, 3 phase 4 wire & earth system. The assembly manufacture should be ISO approved and CPRI tested for short circuit of (minimum 50kA) as well as IP degree of protection (IP44). Fabrication: Panel shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, conforming to IS:8623. The fabrication should be such that all the member i.e. vertical/horizontal should be detachable type i.e. total bolted. In case of any changes required at site should be possible then and their self without any cutting or welding. The fabrication of the panel in 3B construction fully compartmentalized type i.e. bus bar channel as well as the cable chamber should be totally isolated from the feeder chamber. Where the crossing of the wire or bus link should have proper rubber gourmets or non-hygroscopic material. No live part should be in visible condition. The base channel will be made out of 75mm x 40mm x 5mm rolled channel. "The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The panel door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. Minimum depth 400mm / wide 300 mm for busbar/ Cable ally at the front of the panel. The panel will be free standing floor mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc.
