LOAD TESTING OF PBS/CP CABLES END JOINT TERMINAL REFRESH ALL CABLE CONNECTIONS AT CP/PB/JB/LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT JETTY AREA AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM

Servicing/maintinance of multiple section of LT Panel board in one substation comprising minimum up to 10 Nos ACBs/ MCCBs/SDFs ,busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination/tray chamber after opening front/top/side/back cover by using forced air pressure and brushes, cleaning of all dust/durt, complete cleaning of out side surface of panel board using suitable cleaning agents, tighting of all nuts & bolts of busbar/switchgear/cable terminals, repair/replacement to defective metering wiring from ACB/MCCB/CT to meter and replacement of defective meters, CTs, indicator lamp, metering terminal blocks, MCB, replacement of defective aluminum cable lugs, nuts-bolts-washers, replacement of defective Panel knob/door knob and hinges all as specified and directed .

Note:- (i) Panel Meter, indicator lamp, MCB,busbar and CT will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) required aluminium cable lugs, metering cables and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (iii) Servicing/maintinance of ACBs measured seperatelly. (iv) cable connection disconnection included inclusive of quoted rate.

Servicing, repair, maintinance of Air Circuit Breaker 630 Amps to 3200 Amps capacity by drawing out movable unit, forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize breaker contracts and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact, cleaning of all fixed and moving contact point, terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective parts and re-fixing ACB, cables completes all as specified and directed. Note: (a) required male/female ACB contacts, trip coils, closing coils, electronic protection unit will be measured as supply only. (b) all cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate. (c) cable connection and disconnection are included in the quoted rate.

M&L for painting of outer surface of multiple section of complete LT Panel board size up to 5.5 m x 3.2 in substation Panel board comprising ACBs/MCCBs/SDFs ,busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination/tray using one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, writing letter and fixfing LT panel board surface showing incoming and outgoing capacity in Amps and feeder name of letter five not less than 30 X 50 MM, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, panel meters, switchgears, cleaning of all meters and switch gears complete all as specified and as directed

Cleaning of cable duct of size 1.2 x 1.0 by removing out all mud, soil, waste materials and disposal of waste materials outside Dockyard area complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix line diagram of substation panel to Jetty panel and cope point with blue background and white letter made with retro reflective sheet and pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium sheet of total size 0.45 m high X 5.5 mtr long fixed to MS fabricated structure with welding, nuts, bolts complete including dismantling taking old unserviceable glow sign board of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Electric shock & its Treatment board for substation in three language ( Hindi, English & telgu) sheet and pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium sheet of total size 1.0 m high X 1.2 mtr long fixed to MS fabricated structure with welding, nuts, bolts complete including dismantling taking old unserviceable glow sign board of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Load testing of PBs,Cope point and voltage stabilizer installed at various jetty areas, Gallaries, substations using artificial electrical rectifier load bank of capacity from 1000 Amps to 2000 Amps including necessary required cable length input out put connection for testing and checking Voltage drop will rectified by checking cable size and loose connection, checking and record power factor to maintain 0.9 to 01, Load testing will be carried out in three hours contenusly for 25%,50 %, 75% and 100% for one hours each objects respectively and all record will maintain and sheet submited to department for rcord all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Artificial rectifier load bank shall be provided by Contarctor. (ii) Required man power for collection/handling and shifting from testing place to anather place including deposit to original place after complete of testing work shall l be arrange by the contractor. (iii) Required cable size and length for testing shall be arrange by the contractor.

Servicing/maintenance of voltage stabilizer of capacity 1000 KVA to 1500 KVA by forced air cleaning of movable and fixed unit, decarbonize busbar chamber and checking for any defects due to any flush/loose contact. Cleaning of all fixeddd and moving contact terminal connection points with CTC, replacement of defective cables complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All cleaning agents are included in the quoted rate.
