Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Outdoor type timer box of size 600mm(W) x 600mm(H) x 300mm(D) and made with 14SWG CRCA sheet steel cleaning with 7 tank process and painting with powder coating. The box shall be made by provide rubber beeding, door knobs etc., and the front door with double leaf arrangement with hinges and locking arrangement. Suitable heat Dissipation / Air / Ventilation ducts with inside wire mesh shall be provide to the panel.

The box base shall be mounted on 40x40x6mm MS angle with stand legs at 4 corners at a length of 700mm each of 40x40x6mm MS angle with necessary welding and the angles shall be painted with two coats of enamel black paint over one coat of red-oxide. The timer box legs should be fixed in ground of size 400mm depth by using 20mm HBG metal in 1:3:6 ratio. (d) The top 0.25 m of Earth pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hume pipe . The all around inspection chamber shall be provided with 18" dia hume pipe.

(e) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embedded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound.

(f) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.
