M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply only item)

Supply & fix glass dividing strip 28 mm wide and 3 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S&F mild steel sections joist, channel, angle, ortee section, fixed independent, without connecting pates, etc (cut to length i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) etc. using Fe-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") including necessary welding complete complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core 1.5 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in steel conduit medium grade including 1.5 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete. Note:- Cost of steel conduit,iron junction boxes,etc fixing on Iron pole by means of welding /MS straps with the existing shade / tint are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
