Note:- Any unserviceable parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply only.

Taking down old unserviceable compressor with dryer filter from window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 tonne and S & F new company made compressor of Make as per existing compressor complete with dryer filter and charging of gas F 22 to achieve maximum cooling effect including vacuumising & necessary copper tubing including brazing complete all as specified & directed. Note : Compressor No of old unserviceable compressor & reconditioned compressor shall be entered in the MB.

Taking down old unserviceable compressor with dryer filter from split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 tonne and S & F new company made compressor of Make as per existing compressor complete with dryer filter and charging of gas F 22 to achieve maximum cooling effect including vacuumising & necessary copper tubing including brazing complete all as specified & directed. Note : Compressor No of old unserviceable compressor & reconditioned compressor shall be entered in the MB.

Taking out the old unserviceable compressor, dryer filter from water coolers, and supply & fixing new compressor of make Tecumeseh/ Kirloskar and dryer filter & necessary copper tubing , charging of gas (F-22/CFC-134) to the maximum to achieve maximum cooling effect including vacuumising of following capacity, 240 Volts, AC and fixing with nuts & bolts, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-II list of item of work pertains to Rajouri Area Taking down carefully AC ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan/pedestal/air circulator any sweep, from various bldgs (or collecting from MES E/M Store Yard) as directed, opening up for servicing/repair, removing dust and dirt ,cleaning fan motor with cotton/waste malmal, washing blades with detergent powder, greasing to serviceable bearings, checking of nuts, bolts, washer, rubber buff, split pin, condensers, MS clamps, rubber packing, condensers block, rubber reel etc for any damages and replacement of damaged and unserviceable items for the smooth and satisfactory functioning, re-fixing fans etc in position, connecting to electric system and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of damaged/unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid seprately.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block including cutting down and removing complete burnt winding after inspection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing. 2. Make of copper winding wire :- Hindustan/Atlas.

Rewinding of exhaust fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 300 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block including cutting downand removing complete burnt winding after inspection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing. 2. Make of copper winding wire :- Hindustan/Atlas.

Description all as per srl item No 74 above 72 but exhaust fans of 450 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor AC 415 volts 4 mfd 50 HZ complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor AC 415 volts 2.5 /3.15 mfd 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan blade set 1200/1400 mm sweep complete ( as per sample) and all as directed. Make: Bajaj/Crompton/Usha/GEC/Kessel.

PVC insulated twin core twisted copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076 from connector block to ceiling rose and making connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Exhaust fan of size 250mm complete with louver 1400 RPM speed 230 volts AC electrical operated 50Hz Cat Part No. ventil air Dxwhite of Havells or its equivalent of Bajaj/CG/Khaitan.

Supply and fixing in replacement upper/lower canopy as per sample for 1200/1400 mm sweep fans of colour as per fan colour complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha/Orient/Polar/Khaitan.

GEYSERS:- Disconnecting and removing from position for repair of geyser 50 litre capacity, replacement of glass wool, element, water tank, flange assembly etc, cleaning internally and externally including checking for leakage in tank and rectification by gas welding, replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts and clamps, reassembling and refixing in position complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of gas welding, nuts, bolts and clamps etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.
