The activities include Dak & File Management activities viz., - Entry of Inward and Outward Dak / files in appropriate Registers / PCs, maintenance of registers, preparation of category wise postal covers i.e Speed Post, Regd. Post etc, despatch of DAK/Documents/files within and outside NFC; Documentation & Record Management activities viz., - Providing assistance in preparation of documents in various formats, making photocopies and maintaining proper record management of documents and filing of Documents/Files in the designated storage racks/Almarahs and allied works like stitching and binding of vouchers(as per requirement) and Other miscellaneous works as per the requirement like Drawal of stationary items for the section from Central Stores, NFC and if required from outside, preparation of folders and other necessary arrangements for daily office needs, Serving of Tea & Snacks in official meetings and any other miscellaneous work directed by the higher officials.
