M&L for Vitrified double charged coloured ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm and not exc 1.00 sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and with 15mm thick screed bed 1:6 cement motar including dismantling of floor tiles and hearting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 7 but as in vertical surfaces including dismantling of tiles and rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, as in backing layer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non- skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling of tiles and screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed (plain /coloured) ceramic tiles wall 600x300x7mm thick on vertical faces of walls including 10mm thick rendeing in CM 1:4 set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified.
