Jobs to be done: A. Department estimate for repairing of bucket cylinder piston rod & repairing of broken eye hole and new bush pressing of BE 1000 Sl. No. – 10254 at ADIC. Job to be done:- 1 . Visual & technical inspection of the bent piston rod. 2 . Assessment of the extent of bending and thread damage. 3 . Heating and controlled pressing of the bent piston. 4 . Cleaning & surface preparation of the damaged thread. 5 . Re-threading using a lathe machine to ensure proper fitment. 6. Checking thread alignment and ensuring proper engagement. 7 . Ensuring the required parts meet operational standards. 8 . Broken eye welding ‘V’ shape and alignment. 9 . Oral eye hole metal filling by welding. 10. Eye hole grinding of standard size. 11. New bush supply and fitting by hyd. press machine. Material Required:- DA cylinder-02 nos, Oxygen cylinder-04 nos, Steel electrode-14 kg, Grinding wheel-10 nos, Gauging electrode-15 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-10 kg. B. Department estimate for repairing of broken and bent H-Link and H- Link eye hole making & bush pressing BE – 1000 Sl. No-: 1025_ Job to be done:- 1 .Broken H-Link welding V shape and alignment. 2 . H-Link welding by additional plate 25 mm – 10 Nos 3 . H-Link for oval eye hole metal filling by welding. 4 . H-Link eye hole grinding and line boring done as per standard size. 5 . H-Link straightening with alignment by hyd. press machine. 6 . Bush pressing by hyd press machine. Material Required:- Gauging electrode-15 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-13 kg, Steel electrode-15 kg. C. Department estimate for repairing of all side railing, platform and base plate of hydshovel BE – 1000 Sl. No. – 10254 at ADIC. Job to be done:- 1 . All side damaged railing, platform cutting, straightening of appropriate size. 2 . Bend and welding work as per requirement. 3 . Angle cutting, straightening, welding, and fitting. 4 . Damage base plate cutting, straightening and fitting. 5 . New angle channel and pipe supply and fitting. 6 . Broken bolts removing and new thread making. 7 . New H.T bolts and washer supply and fitting. Material Required:- DA cylinder-01 no, Oxygen cylinder-02 nos, Gauging cylinder-12 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-09 kg, MS electrode-13 kg, Grinding wheel-04 nos, MS channel-70 kg, MS angel-60 kg, MS pipe-70 kg, Bolt and spring washer-25 nos. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
