M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook bolts and washers as in roof covering, walls etc incl dismantling of old asbestos cement sheets as in roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 0.63mm thick plain galvanised iron sheets using grade of zinc coating 120 inclusive of both sides in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings etc, fixed in any pattern incl dismantling of old asbestos cement sheets as in ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old asbestos cement sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of old asbestos cement sheets as in ridges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding finish surface even and smooth using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement incl demolition of PCC in any description complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of old roof slab surfaces with water and filling of cracks with sealing compound or polymer modified mortar, applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kgs of cement per sqm and providing 20mm thick (average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4). After drying up the top surface of roof, applying a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm followed by a layer of APP polymer modified five layered water proofing membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 4.00 kg /sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement (weight not less than 160 gm /sqm) of Dr Fixit Torch shield MF-P3160 or equivalent. The APP membrane shall be laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen @ 3Kg/Sqm joints sealed with LPG connected torch method as per manufacturer's instructions and a layer of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm shall be applied on top surface of APP membrane. Application including over laps shall be provided as per manufacturer’s instructions. The side lap and end lap shall not be less than 75 mm and 100 mm respectively and shall be thermo fused together so that it forms a single sheet throughout complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI snap grid framework including 4mm thick E-boards for false ceiling (grid size 605mm x 605mm ) including necessary notching and preparing holes and hangers 2mm dia GI adjusting level fixed to structural members. Galvanised steel section of exposes T section grid with exposed flange faces duly powder coated white/ivory colour. The suspension system consisting of perimeter wall angle of size 20x20x0.45mm of GS sheet to secured on wall/partition face with the help of rawl plug screws @450mm c/c. Universal T shaped main runner with single rotatary stiching of size 35x24mm made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet of length 3.60m to be spaced @1200mm c/c. Cross T shaped runner of size 25x24mm with double thick GS sheet 0.25mm thick spaced @ 600mm c/c. To form 600x600mm size module, intermediate T shaped cross runner of size 25x24mm made from 0.25mm thick GS sheet of length 600mm is placed inside the module of size 1200x600mm including suspension of the ceiling frame from structural members with 2mm thick GI wire and level adjusters all cut out etc to the required line and shape as per manufacturer recommendations incl dismantling of old wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.(Make :- Armstrong/Everest/Nithobbo).

S&F in repair triple layer rotational moulded PVC water storage tank cylinderical, vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 500 Ltr with and including PTMT float valve 20mm dia and making connection for inlet and outlet complete all as specified and directed( Make : Polycon/Rotomac/Sintex)

S&F for 15mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor incl taking up or down 15mm dia bore of galvanised iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing, cutting in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed (Make : Jindal/Tata/Prakash)

S&F for 20mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor incl taking up or down 20mm dia bore of galvanised iron steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing, cutting in wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.(Make : Jindal/Tata/Prakash)

S&F in repair 15 mm bore dia gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed (Make : ZOLOTO/BIR)

S&F in repair 20 mm bore dia gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed (Make : ZOLOTO/BIR).

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on Brick or stone walls, etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces on wall, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The work is required to be carried out upto double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface with alkaline resistant primer applying at wall over a coat of 2mm thick cement putty to achieve smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls with wire brushe/gunny bags etc and washing the surface with water mixed with bleaching powder and applying a layer of external wall cement putty to achieve smooth surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed (Note :- The exterior emulsion weather coat paint specified in Ser No 18 and 19 shall be applied with roller only. )

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed( Make : Kisan/Prince/Supreme).

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
