M&L for anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment over RCC roof by 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane (weight not less than 3 Kg/sqm) over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction over a coat of bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm evenly over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. The membrane shall be unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate (with overlap of 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealed by flame) and the overlaps sealed / fused by flame as per manufacturer instructions. A coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm shall also be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instructions and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.200 Kg/ Sqm. Taking down / removal of existing tar felt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab or terrace etc. by means of MS scrapper patty or any other suitable tools and demolished material to be removed to a distance of 500 m from the starting point and depositing as directed, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete (as in sunken floor) with and including demolition of existing PCC from sunken portion and removed the same to a distance as directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound (As per manufacturer's instructions) as in bottom surface of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout pipe with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound (As per manufacturer's instructions) on vertical surfaces when concrete is green. After laying sewage / plumbing pipes in position , two coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied, complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Water tightness test shall be carried out by ponding test for 72 hours & defects (If any) observed shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The process of grouting & ponding test shall be repeated until leakage / seepage / dampness of sunken portion not stopped.

M&L for 12mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls in CM 1:6 finished the surfaces fair & even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls in CM 1:4 finished the surfaces fair & even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers consisting of 1st layer i.e 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (Top layer) shall be 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by the weight of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed..
